From the Component Library load an Energy Meter and load the Switch set the start time to 00:00:00 and set the end time to 24:00:00.

From the InLine category, load the “Pallet Feeder”, followed by a conveyor. Set the ConveyorLength to 3000 and PnP to the “Pallet Feeder”.

While in the InLine conveyor category, load a second conveyor and the “Basic Feeder”, these components will be used later.  

Load the “Machine Tending Palletizing” conveyor. PnP this conveyor to the output of the first conveyor and then PnP the second conveyor.

Load the “Robot Manager” from the Component Library.

To help with the alignment of the robot we now change view to see the world from the top. Position the robot alongside the palletizing conveyor and then place the feeder within the work envelope of the robot.

Now load the Inlet component and PnP to the “Basic Feeder”.

Now we must connect the robot manager to the InLet and the Palletizing conveyor. To do this click the Robot Manager and then from the Param tab click the “Connect Process Stages” button. This will open a dialog showing the available process components. Click the component name then click Add. When done click Close to close the dialog.

Now click run to start the simulation. The pallet feeder will create pallets that move down the first conveyor to the palletizing conveyor where they will stop, while the robot fills the pallet. When the pallet is full the pallet will move down the second conveyor.
